Basic exercise ideas
Each of us has individual and personal goals when it comes to gaining fitness and losing weight. In general terms, to lose weight, improve your stamina, and increase the effeciency of your circulatory system, Aerobic Exercise will the best type to undertake. When you take aerobic exercise, your heart rate increases. By increasing your heart rate, not only will you begin to burn fat, but also the flexibility of your joints and muscles and your lung capacity will steadily improve. Depending on your age, personal goals and fitness level, it is generally recommended that your exercise session would last between 10 minutes and 1 hour. The optimum exercise session lasts between 30-40 minutes, at a minimum 3 times per week. Your individual goals and fitness level will also determine your level of exercise. Research shows that if you want to burn off excess fat more effeciently, your heart rate needs to be at a relatively low intensity, between 55%-70% of your maximum heart rate. To achieve maximum results, you should determine your target zone and goals, and experiment to find a few different types of exercise that you really enjoy. A great number of people find that walking is a great way to ease yourself into the routine of regular exercise.
